  • Received a quote from Anthony, very helpful and not pushy at all. However, I cancelled due to pricing. He offered $4,200 for laminate and $5,800 for tile, on 650 sq ft. A few days later a rep emailed me offering $3,100 for laminate and asked why I had cancelled. I informed Krystle that we decided on tile, but at that price we would have to wait to save more money. She replied back and stated her file shows $14,000 was quoted for tile, but she would offer $10,000 if we installed by next week. I told her that was ludicrous, and she replied by asking what rooms were being requested for install! We went back and forth on email about her not having accurate information, and trying to scam people, and after I told her no further reply was necessary, she replied back once again to inform me that she only had the information on what was included, for laminate flooring, but since I was now asking for tile, she needed to know what rooms were being requested. What rooms? The same rooms as what was listed for laminate! I would definitely NOT trust this company.
