| - Dealing with this company is a joke and extremely frustrating. When they called me to schedule the measuring for the counters, I couldn't do that date, because my cabinets weren't in yet. Their response? Very snotty I might add: "Fine! I will schedule you in 4 weeks! Click!" She hung up on me. I called back and told her, no! Not in four weeks. In two days! The customer service is horrible, with the exception of the guy that measured. They never called to update the status of my countertops. I always had to make the call. They kept telling me they were having a problem getting the product in. Then maybe offer something different? No, not once. I had to wait 6 weeks, with twice weekly calls to them inquiring about the status. I kept getting put off. Finally when my counters arrive and are installed, they are nice, however after a few days, I started noticing several places where it looks like someone used a razor blade to cut something on them. The guys doing the install were OK, however when you ask to use someone's restroom, you might want to lift the seat, so that you don't pee all over it and the floor. Really? Home Depot might want to consider a new company.
