  • ******Since writing this review the dentist sent me a refund for my visit, on his own accord, and apologized for the experience. He said he was having an off day, and that behavoir isn't the norm. I felt it only right to change the rating from one star to two, and add this note. He did take responsibility for most of the things I claimed, and I think that is admirable.***********
