The front desk old lady is very rude. I went to the front desk to see if early check in was available. She acted like I was bothering her and told me I would be able to Check in, in 2 hours. 2 hours passed and I called to make sure my room was ready like she said it would be and was now told by her it would be another hour and a half. Not only does she need help with her customer service skills, she also needs to not tell customers wrong information. One of the worst customer service lady's ever, maybe it's time for retirement.
