  • I HATE repair shops around vegas ! the trust just isnt there of the mechanics or the managers of most repair shops ! always had to get in defense mode, feel really out of control ! but listen ! oh how lucky i was to brake down near this shop ! marc ( manager ) customer service skills are excellent. trust is established within a few miniutes of conversation and you automatically begin to feel like your vehicle is in good hands. finacially these guys are not here to attack you. i cant speak for other locations but this one is defenitly about making "repeat customers". i drive all the way across town just to come to this shop. CHEVY TAHOE
