i had a great experience today
a. while checking in with Adah
b. she is quick and sharp
c. Today she went out of the way to help me and show the Parking lot - entrance and how to get back - i was little lost after i parked the Hertz rental
i came here for a Nonprofit meeting not for any personal benefits -spending money - just kidding
D. Again - her colleagues could not figure out to fix the google.com on Sprint Android Mobile-she was able to fix it
Very sharp, always willing to help an Asian Indian Thick accent old man- she is very nice
Please ensure she gets good record in her - true, genuine, good customer service
This hotel i would not have come without the help of a NC call center Hilton person also - the person who booked this hotel if you find you can find her management- amazing
whomsoever did the booking - i think if i recollect her name was Kristen- can you inform her boss in the Hilton too
these people make a difference
I am totally tired but i should not forget good karmas
Few great Others worth mentioning in the hotel campus are
1. Lexi
2. Ingrid
3. Raven
4. Hailey
These people make a difference.
but if you call Hilton hotel customer care they do not really care like i tried calling in the night after work before sleep but Maureen, Mary (Dallas call center)..most nicest person was Elizabeth (third time)-she transferred to Mikayla -she does not wanted to do the two questions survey- very sad...She is in Florida call center Mikayla
That's the reason i guess I have been happy with Marriott...for long.
Till now, no one has sent a service -Embassy Suites in Charleston, SC in December, then in Embassy Suites in Myrtle Beach, SC and now in Doubletree - but we could not communicate this to anyone or Presidents office.
If the call goes to Asia or south Asia or South America, they also don't seem to understand in the call centers
Sorry to be totally frank, fair, objective, fact oriented- Truth will always win.
