  • It pains me to write this, but I am retracting my formerly glowing recommendation of this business. A week ago I was denied service in a horribly demeaning and condescending way by my provider. I have asked him to contact me to resolve the issue and have heard only silence. I have to conclude it's a personal problem with me that he has but will not voice. I can no longer recommend this business to anyone in my circle, as I don't want any of you to experience this level of disregard for your rights as a consumer, especially as it came out of left field. I am sad to part ways with this business but they apparently don't value all their customers, just privileged ones.
