  • This office and my (now former) primary care physician, Dr. Amit Duggal, represent the lowest level of healthcare I can possibly imagine. When I showed up for my appointment today, I was informed that Dr. Duggal was no longer at that location. Furthermore he no longer takes my insurance which he and HCP took previously. He moved in February and my appointment was scheduled well before the move. There has been no change in my address, email, or phone number since I have been a patient. I had previous issues with prescriptions not being called in and being charged for procedures I had not made an appointment for or requested. I regret not having posted a negative review earlier to warn others of the incompetence of HCP and Dr. Duggal. The receptionist whose badge identified her as a floater said that patients were supposed to have been contacted and informed of the changes. There was clearly no attempt made to contact me. The person who came in immediately after me also was showing up for an appointment with Dr. Duggal so this was not a one-off situation. I will consider myself fortunate that the incompetence of Dr. Duggal and HCP that affected me was only administrative and financial rather than medical. To assure that their incompetence does not put my health at risk I have ordered a copy of my medical records and am looking for a new primary care physician.
