  • I usually don't go to Polished but a friend of mine wanted to go... so off we went. Not only is it $35 for a gel mani but apparently you cannot tip on a debit/credit card. Luckily I had a few dollars cash with me to leave a tip. However, when I tried giving the girl the cash she told me to keep it and that people usually leave 20%. SO RUDE!!!! Not only was it extremely rude and terrible customer service, but she has lost her mind if she thinks I'm going to tip her $7 for a 15 minute manicure that I can get done elsewhere for a much better price.
