I was involved in a side swipe accident therefore passenger side of my car needed a new door, a fender, and a bumper. These idiots are covered by my insurance so I dropped it off there on July 23.
They were great in the beginning. My advisor was calling me every other day with updates to my car and how the process was going. He called me in a Wednesday and said my car looks like it'll be done on Friday of the same week so to plan to pick it up then. Friday came and I hadn't heard from him all day so 3 hours before they closed I gave them a call asking when I'll be able to pick my car up. He tells me the mechanic fell behind and it'll be done by Monday. Fine.
It is now Monday, the better half of the day is now over so I just gave them a call asking when I should be there to pick up my car. He then tells me, "I am actually on the other line ordering another part for your car." So I asked what that meant and he said, "It looks like it'll be another 2 days before the part comes in." They've now had my car for 2 1/2 weeks and it's funny how my advisor stopped calling to give me updates like he was since the car has not been ready. They're slow and unorganized, not to mention they first estimated it would only be 9 days. I understand things happen but maybe you should continue with the open line of communication so your customers are aware of what's going on not all of a sudden disappear because you know you've fell behind schedule.
I wouldn't recommend this place at all.
