First time visiting this place and wasn't impressed. It first started when we sat down and the hostess gave us the utensils. The utensils had hair on the napkin of which we picked off and kept browsing our menus because it wasn't a big issue to us. We ordered our drinks and food and carried on. I ordered their Tuscan Tea which is supposedly like a Long Island Iced Tea. It wasn't very good because it seemed watered down. We had Calamari as an appetizer and it was very rubbery and didn't seem authentic at all but was okay in taste. Once we received our food is why I'm writing this review. I ordered the Bistecca (which is steak)medium and it tasted like they boiled the steak and didn't bother to season it! It did look like a good medium steak though. My boyfriends food though?!.........He ordered the Lasagna and as he started chewing on his first bite he realized that he couldn't break down a particular part. He thought it was cheese but it was actually HAIR! He sent it back and they remade it. They offered us a free dessert but their dessert menu is limited and it wasn't something that we wanted. Once we declined the offer they didn't offer to discount ANYTHING which is disturbing to me! My boyfriend and I have decided that we'd never return here because the food was just okay and the fact that the customer service, after finding hair in his food, didn't result in some kind of compensation is a negative experience.
