  • I feel like when you go to the DMV, the one thing that will determine if you're leaving with a license, is the attendant that serves you. Unfortunately for me, I had the pleasure of dealing with the most unpleasant, rude, miserable attendant. PennDOT makes it so difficult to get a license with all this documentation and that verification, the least they can do is hire people who want to be there and know the value of customer service. I always feel defeated when I leave the DMV.
