  • This is the best quality and tasting coffee in CU. That can't be argued. The atmosphere is hip, yes, but really aesthetically pleasing and different than most other coffee shops around town. A great place to study or hang out, as long as you can find a seat! That said, I think the service leaves something to be desired. I have gotten a pretty big sigh (and not a joking one!) for being apparently the third person in a row to order a Chemex. If it's a hassle, just don't have it on the menu! I digress. If you're looking for a good cup of coffee or a unique specialty drink, this is the spot for you!
