Ok so customer service isn't their strong suit. You will not be made to feel like you are a special flower.
The woman at the front, who was also the woman who took my blood was not customer service oriented. She didn't use any pleasantries like "I'll be right with you" or even really look at you so you knew she was actually acknowledging you. She was short with me and not particularly friendly. And it was kind of off-putting.
BUT.
She took my blood perfectly and quickly and as painlessly as possible. I hate needles and getting my blood taken so I left very relieved and happy because I was quite nervous even for a stupid little blood draw.
Also, I made an appointment and I was out of there 5 minutes after my appointment time. So for all the people who complain about the wait, just make an appointment...
