  • We bought a Schwinn bike that came unassembled. My husband and I easily assembled the bike, but something sounded weird. When we took off the front tire, we realized the bearings were exposed. We called Global Bikes on Guadalupe & Gilbert and spoke with Tim. He said bring the bike in, after I inquired of prices. He said they could take a look no charge. He confirmed that we needed to get the bearings repacked on the front wheel and set us up with Andrew. Andrew quickly scheduled us and said he had time to repacked the bearings. Within 10-15 minutes, he was done. We paid the $15 for that and were on our way. Finished assembling the bike and it was good as new. Actually, the bike is new. We have 3 other bikes, too. So, if we need servicing, we'll come back. It's close. Great customer service. Quick.
