  • Every Saturday and Sunday this tienda has delicious take-out food - quesadillas or tamales or whatever else the owner's friend happens to make. I highly recommend stopping by to pick up some lunch. Call ahead to find out what's available or just be pleasantly surprised when you arrive. I'm pining for the day these guys open a restaurant. In addition to being a delicious weekend lunch spot, this tienda also boasts a large selection of spices, peppers, and all your Mexican basics at cheaper prices than the equivalent store in the illustrious strip district.
