Best Buy customer service needs to be reviewed. I bought a 65 inch OLED tv OPEN BOX and got a great deal. I purchased a sound bar along with the set up of both products and a 5 year warranty. The employees were very polite throughout the whole nightmare. I received my TV and 10 minutes went bye when I noticed a green dot in the center of the screen.I tried calling the store and had no success. I then drove 15 miles across town to handle it in person. A pixel was broke and they would have to replace the TV. Since it was an "OPEN BOX", they could only sell me a brand new OLED TV that would cost me an additional $650 plus tax to my $2650 bill I already had. THIS IS NOT WHAT I SIGNED UP FOR! I was told that if ANYTHING goes wrong, they'd replace it. Well that aunt the case. I understand that these managers have only so much power to do things, but Best Buy outta review this policy because they just lost a $2650 sale and perhaps a customer for life What this also tells me is that the 5 year warranty I purchased would have only covered what I paid for the TV so it was a lie that they would have replaced it. I would have to pay out of pocket to cover the difference, not to mention that I already paid $350 for the warranty that would have done me NO GOOD! I'M NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!!!!! I feel they should have done more to prevent me from walking out the door unhappy and disillusioned. Just think how HAPPY we were and EXCITED to buy this TV only to be heartbroken and dissatisfied
