If i could give 0 stars I would! Omg they are frauds here! I was getting my car washed with my 6 month old baby. We're waiting inside for them to be finished and then a guy walks in and says there's a chip on my windshield (which I knew about) and they could fix it right theN And there for free. Awesome right? Wrong. So we go through the motions call my insurance and I confirm with the guy that this won't effect my insurance right? No not at all don't worry says the fraudulent scammy glass guy. Well my insurance said no they need to send someone out to confirm the chip and blah blah, ok that's fine whatever. Well it took about a day for my insurance to call back and say that they actually don't have a service that comes to Nevada to take care of this so I could move forward with the repair with my choice of shop. Well again, I have a 6 month old, and the chip has been there for a year, super small, and not really noticeable. I didn't really have the time or patience to go back somewhere so I didn't. Well turns out the scam glass guy filed a claim anyways and got paid, AND put a hit on my squeaky clean record. So he was paid for not doing any work. I explained all this to my insurance company (since I just found out it effected me when I came up for renewal) and they said that this happens a lot, and that a lot of people come up to you at gas stations, costcos, parking lots etc and take advantage; Like this guy did! I'm so mad that I wasn't more aware and was completely taken advantage of. Now my insurance is fighting the fact that they paid him and trying to get their money back and he's been "unavailable". Don't waste your time here! They're frauds and scam artists!
