  • Purchased a sectional sofa a few (3) years ago and had an issue with delivery and furniture has since started sagging after daily use. Figured I'd see what they had in a new living room set and dining set. I was greeted appropriately and had a sofa/love seat chosen, then inquired about a clearance dining set which had a minor scratch. I asked if he could tell me a price and he then asked his manager. I agreed with the price and went to check out when the manager then interrupts that the quoted price was just for the table and it would be $70 per crappy chair...Thanks to these shady managers (I was not forewarned about additional fees of delivery years ago), I simply took my $ to Value City up the street. Much better quality, professionalism, selection, and delivery service.
