  • I gave a mani/pedi to my daughter as a gift. She had the worst nail experience of her life. Her appointment was not on the books and she was made to feel an inconvenience instead of being offered an apology. A tech from the back was "called out" to do her nails and she was rough, never said two words to my daughter and cut her THREE times. She was then handed off to another tech to do her pedicure. One of the other customers spilled soda all over her and her shoes (beside her on the floor) and not one person offered to grab a towel to help. Shoes are ruined. This was suppose to be a relaxing time for her and she came home close to tears. Her fingernails looked terrible and the front desk was UNBELIEVABLY rude. I wish I had treated her to any other nail salon but this one!
