This is a great little park in the core of Mississauga - you really don't expect this place to exist!
I've been there for a few staff picnics and it's a really sweet little place. It has stone benches, a pond with ducks, leafy trees and lots of greenery overall. It is quite populated, especially with people who work in the area and go for lunch time walks in the park. Also a very popular spot for wedding pictures. The bridge and the pond make a beautiful backdrop - especially with all of the tall pond grass around the water. It's a really serene area and as I said, completely unexpected. I wouldn't say it's worth a day trip or anything but if you live in the area or you're spending the day in Mississauga, it's worth a visit just for a little bit of relaxation in the midst of so much calamity. Maybe a good place to wait out rush hour before you head home, or have a picnic with your family on a nice day.
