  • If you hate being treated with respect, fairly, and hate being treated like a customer then always rent from Alliance Residential. I have now had the displeasure of staying on two properties managed by this pathetic company. Both labeled as luxury apartments. The first property had no business being labeled as such and Alliance Res actually tried to hide all the issues with wall patches and paint. The second property was amazing. Problem there was they let cats roam freely and before you know there was a seriously bad cat situation that has still not been resolved to this day. Also, the property got new ownership and shortly after a new billing system. That billing system NEVER got our bill right, which their office manager confirmed EVERY MONTH. So needless to say when the final bill came we questioned it and the new assistant manager there at Cantera couldn't figure out the bill either. He promised to get it researched and follow up. He never followed up. We left him voicemails and he didn't call back. I had to call a second time today only to hear James say the bill was correct but couldn't provide any reasoning or logic as to why just a demand to pay it. He then promised to send me the explanation he received from their customer service dept and while I was trying to give him my email address (which he had on file and has actually emailed before and while on this call confirmed that was may correct email) he kept talking over me and couldn't hear me giving him the email. When I pointed out he was continuously talking over me which is why he couldn't hear my email address the sack of crap laughed at me. Even after I stopped and calmly asked if he really just laughed at me he did it again. Then he encouraged me to call corporate and file a complaint. The way he said it makes me believe it would be a waste of my time. This was the same consistent treatment I got at the previous property. This company likes to continuously change its employees around so no one can be held accountable to anything and so that any promises made to the tenants don't have to be fulfilled. This is a horrible company with some really horrible employees (although some are super cool). We are so lucky that we now have a house and will NEVER being renting from any property that allows this poor pathetic excuse of a company to manage the property.
