  • We have stay at spring hills before n other cities and states but this is the first one I can honestly say this hotel was up to Marriott standards in my opinion . I know because we only stay at Marriott hotel of any brand from spring hills to courtyards . Don't get me wrong the staff was great always smile asked if you needed anything very friendly. My one star was not cause of staff it's because of the uncleanliness of floors and carpets . Our room look clean and maybe I am a cleanliness freak but the desk's frost glass seem that it was no wiped down in a awhile the lamp shades have cuts and brown stains the curtains have tiny holes that you can see when the sun hits them and a carpet stain at the front of door right before you walk in. Free breakfast well I got here on Friday and stayed until Sunday I had better now I guess I am used to always have the fruit for waffles potatoes bacon eggs and variety of muffins but here I found my self waiting for eggs bread and the sausage were like hockey pucks the first time like it was left over from the morning before. The second day they were much fresher but still found my self wait for food . Sitting area not much room you kinda have to squeeze your self to find a seat oh clean the table you are going to use . Not mention wear shoes because the floor is sticky and dirty during the whole time you are having breakfast oh and trash piles up before any one takes care of it. I am not sure what the deal is but I was not a happy guest. It didn't ruin my vacation it just upset me that such a nice hotel be in such state. I would like to see them improve and maybe in the future I'll be back but it's a big maybe . I would rather stay in Vegas on dean Martin way in one the Marriott there .
