  • This company is lacking customer service. I called daily trying to pre-pay, asked to be there for the inspection and wasn't called after waiting around all day, asked for a drawing, and was eventually referred to the health district website. It was like pulling teeth trying to get anything accomplished. I feel sorry for Elizabeth (answers the phone)... she was always very polite and courteous and completely understood my frustration; however, it was out of her hands. Bottom line, there are other companies out there that want and will get my business in the future...
