(Note: several appliance companies in northeast Ohio are operated by the same shady company - note: NOT Decker. They'll have a generic name like '(name of suburb) appliance repair' in the yellow pages. Not knowing it, I called several of them within a course of 10 minutes and could tell that the same 2 people were answering my calls). Also, note many of them have the same 2 or 3 exchanges in their phone numbers).
With that out of the way... After calling over 15 places from the yellow pages (who uses that still) and receiving 'we're booked for 2 months solid' and receiving no call backups,
I finally found Decker to repair the one of the freezers at work. I left a message with them and received a call back a couple days later. They had a repairman come out promptly, arrived on time, finished within an hour and his service call was under $100; he knew his stuff. I also had a commercial-level fridge at work, he said they unfortunately didn't deal with that type of fridge, but referred me to another place who did and that other company was legit as well.
All in all, I was very satisfied. Glad to know they are available next time I need them.
