  • Not only did they lose my reservation which I found out after calling to comfirm but then on the day of our reservation was pushed back 45 min making us late for our first stop. They said one party bus broke down so they were trying to make it all work with the one they had and not cancel our reservations. I appreciated that but was annoyed they were late. Then we got on the bus and noticed it had not been cleaned very well from the previous party nor did they have the two free bottles of champagne that was part of the deal when I booked the bus. I understand things happen but that's the business your in and reading the other reviews makes me think this company just has scheduling issues. I give them a 2 star only because the driver was fantastic! He deserves 5 stars, the company 1.
