  • I brought a groupon for a haircut style, scalp scrub and conditioning treatment, what I got was a fast shampoo and conditioning, no scalp scrub. And I don't think there was any conditioning treatment. I understand I have thick hair, but I honestly could not see the layers in my hair, and the only style I got was a fast blow dry and was left with frizzy hair, I don't know if you can even consider that a style. But I asked for bangs and face framing and my bangs were too short and I could not see any framing. And was told that if I wanted my hair straightened u would have to pay more. I guess no styling at all I guess. But overall what I got was a haircut I was completely unsatisfied with. I guess you get what you pay for. I got my hair done by Jo he is the manager there. Good conversationalist but honestly it does not make up for the unsatisfactory service
