  • Always sad when you stay at a nice hotel, but end up in a room that smells like a 1970s bowling alley. They really need to increase the penalties for people smoking in non-smoking rooms. Having the rooms soaked in ecolabs deodorizers doesn't really help, which thankfully this hotel did not do. But sleeping with the windows open in 27 degree weather is not the best option. Otherwise an awesome hotel. 4 stars for my other stays here. If they would of only offered a different room, I could of avoided a sinus infection from a bad reaction to the strong chemical smell.
