The room itself was fine, but there were other issues. Staff were friendly, if not always able to help (how does a hotel run out of blankets?). Breakfast was fine (typical hotel breakfast). Moving between the room, the front desk and parking was a nightmare. Going from our room to our car, for instance, meant using one very slow elevator to go to the front desk, then another slow, over-used elevator down to the garage.
When visiting Toronto again, I would look elsewhere.
