The lady that answers the phone is nice, but there is a guy that answers that seems like he hates life. There's always an excuse as to why he can't get a taxi to our establishment in a timely manner. He always claims it is shift change or something else. Does your management not know how to schedule appropriately so that taxis can be out on the road while others are exchanging the cars? Maybe I'm confused about how your only job is transportation, but you can't seem to get that right. He ends up sending someone really late and by that time, the guests have gotten frustrated and started walking while I am here to argue with the person about how they dropped the ball and that it isn't our fault.
