  • I will never return. Rude. Bad temper. Unethical. The absolute worst attitude and bad haircut for a 7 year old boy. It would not be so bad if they didn't get rude and insist that my wife instructed the barber to give the worlds worst haircut, but then to follow it up stating he will charge us 2x to fix his poor job! I was all smiles and overly nice asking to just proceed with a faux hawk instead. He wanted no part of it and only wanted to move onto the next customer. When I tried to explain it was ok and it was just lost in translation it only escalated. He tells me "No! It's what SHE asked for". So, I tried to be sensitive to him being a foreigner and thought that maybe it upset him that I said "lost in translation", so I clarified by saying "It was a only a miscommunication." He then repeated himself and raised his voice even louder, scaring my son and pushing him from the seat, "NO! It's what SHE wanted!" At this point, all I could do was tell him to fix it--we had a birthday party to get our son to and had no time to go elsewhere. I really wanted to knock him on his ass, but chose to settle my son back into the chair and explain "It's ok, sometimes we just need to work through bad situations." When it was all said and done he charged us 2x and I didn't make a scene, because I already decided I would just write this review. Parents...steer clear. Poor attitude. Bad temper. Unethical. We'll never return and I recommend you don't even take the chance. In this place, the customer doesn't even have a chance to be right or even make it right.
