| - Stopped here randomly for a late night bite to eat on Saturday. First of all, our waitress, Sophia was the best. She was super funny and made the experience enjoyable. I read Rachel C's review and I totally agree with her about the menu. The concept of it is neat (dishes from all around the world), however you don't know what are snacks and what are large plates. I was very hungry, so I wanted to make sure I got something with some substance. I chose the special of the day (forgive me, I forget the name of it), but it was a sandwich stuffed with ahi tuna, pickled carrots and radishes, cucumber, jalepeƱos, cilantro, and some kind of sauce. It came with fresh cut fries. The portion was good, I left feeling full. I would come back to this place again to try out the drinks and small plates next time. For only being open for 4 months, I think Streets on Carson is on the right track!
