  • They may have changed their broth. The last time we went, there was zero flavor in the pho broth. We also mentioned to the owner that we thought it was bland, and she got really defensive and told us that this is the way she's made the broth for over 20 years. We heard another table mention that they thought their broth was a little lacking that day. Maybe it was just that day? It totally didn't fulfill my pho craving so I went to another pho place 2 hours later.
