I called Honest Air based on great Yelp reviews, but I had the opposite experience: I had a small condensation leak and thought Honest Air could get it flowing through the drip pipe again. They looked at the A/C unit and said 1) they didn't know how to troubleshoot the leak and 2) I needed an entire new system for $7,000. Why would I need an entire new system when the system works - it blows ice cold air throughout the house and Honest Air confirmed there were no air duct leaks. Their tech said the system was engineered wrong and that's why they recommend a new system, but the tech couldn't specify what exactly was wrong or what problems it's causing (there's no apparent performance problems). Bottom line, they couldn't point to anything that was wrong but said I needed to replace the whole thing for $7,000. Maybe it was just a bad tech and not indicative of the whole company????
