  • Im not surprised to be the only or first review for this store. With the policy of this store, I can see it not being a destination or place to shop. A store with roots in Toronto Canada and a reputation for quality leather and fashion, quality only until something goes wrong and then they say you must have misunderstood and you are on your own. I purchased a double leather lined gym bag, paid well over $500 and when the leather started to peel and flake, suddenly they don't want to talk to you. I felt insulted and deserted at the same time. When I purchased the bag, they said it was a once in a lifetime purchase. I didn't want a refund, and I didn't want an exchange, I just wanted a repair. When I brought the bag into the store the manager said no problem, two weeks later they call and they say, it is my problem and they cant help me. TAKE THIS AS A WARNING FOLKS! if you buy expensive leather at roots and if it is flawed, it is your problem. A store is only as good as its name on a product.
