Stopped in around 9:30 one evening. Was not greeted at all although a sign advised me to wait to be seated. Made my way to a cashier who showed me to a seat. Back to the cash to order and pay and then back to my seat to wait for the food. Seems a convoluted system. Wonder how well it works at peak times?
Anyway, my 1/2 chicken with 2 sides came quite quickly. I then had to look for cutlery and napkins. Dispenser was out of both so had to get a staff member to procure them for me. Then I went to a machine to get my beverage. Might be smoother next time when I know the system.
No complaints on the food. Enjoyed the chicken, fries were crisp hot and nicely spiced and the coleslaw was standard. Ordered medium spice but could not detect much in the chicken. Did not seem like a big upgrade in food over something like Swiss Chalet and at a higher price point. Decor is nicer though. Cost around 20 bucks with tax and tip.
