| - My first trip to test drive the vehicle was a mess, I showed up to meet with a lady named Sadrina, who I was informed gave her notice (quit) that day and was not coming in to the dealership (even though I had text messages from her that day), so the (clearly high on marijuana) son of the financing lady took us for the test drive. I came back to a visibly annoyed Sadrina standing in the lobby, and I explained what they told me, that she wasn't coming in, only to get attitude and asked why I didn't let her know I was there.. well, because everyone said you quit! Very awkward. Several seconds of annoyed staring and some eye rolling, but I thought, "well this lady doesn't work here anymore, so I shouldn't have to deal with her" and carried on.
The vehicle was not in good shape, no running AC and some other things to be address, none of which were told to me in the many communications leading up to my visit. I was told in a few days it would be repaired. Explained my down payment issues, that I only had a certain amount and would need to split into 2 payments 30 days a part, "Lulu" wrote this all down and said confidently "we'll work with you" and she was going to call me when the car was ready for another test drive.
Of course, she didn't, so I had to call several times and leave messages for her to call me back, only she never did. I ended up speaking to another lady, who also said they would "work with me", and even suggested I pull out the cash for the down payment. Well, I showed up for the 2nd test drive, which I informed them the time I would be there, but "Lulu" literally left for 45 + mins as soon as I arrived. So I waited in the lobby. When she returned she never even acknowledged me, ran around shouting things at maintenance people, telling other employees how "cute" they looked today, etc. Finally, she says "OK" as if I'm supposed to know she's addressing me, and informs me that since they fixed the AC now they can't work with me, they want more money for the car. Why didn't they tell me that on one of they many phone calls I had with them that day? Why didn't she tell me that when I saw her after arriving at the dealership? Instead of making me sit there for an hour, knowing they would not be able to "work with me".
I walked out. So unprofessional. So many red flags. Most of the vehicles are trash. Save yourself the trouble, this place is a mess. To the dealership: If you can't work with someone, just be honest about it and don't waste everyone's time. You knew exactly what I was working with before I ever came in to the dealership; it was clear I was getting the run around at this place.
