The staff was friendly and a little bit of a wait. My wife and I both needed glasses so we picked our frames that we wanted. The associate said that my wife's glasses would be done In couple weeks and mine in an hour. We paid and I received mine right away. Here we are 1 month and a half later still waiting on her frames. I understand they are now in back order but there was no communication. We had to call and complain and all they said was it's on back order. No apology from the staff and the guy who answers seem to not be happy over the phone. I wish they could be more attentive when they haven't provided the product I paid for up front. 700$ I paid for them to not really be proactive with customers.
