I have a written agreement to have my pool serviced weekly. I recently received an email stating that Island Life will not be servicing the pools for a full week in November and a full week December, which is 25% of their workload. I noted to Rod, the owner, that this is not a problem as long as I was not charged for these 2 weeks. However, he stated that he would not provide any credit as it is not their policy. I emailed him our very clear written agreement and he then had his assistant email me stating that they would no longer be servicing my pool. I would highly recommend looking at other options as an owner who is so willing to breach a written contract will most certainly go back on any other service at your expense.
