My wife went there earlier in the day and found a bed she liked, we went back later on in the evening when i was able to go. We were all set to get the "Simm black clermont king" (without any box springs) and were checking out with a total of 1500 . At this exact time another couple next to us was checking out and were buying the exact same mattress with the box springs. They were quoted 300 less and received mattress and box springs, and extra gifts. When we heard this we told our salesman Raymond that its not fair we are buying the exact same item and we are paying 300 more for just the mattress. When Raymond asked the other salesman the price he gave them, so he could match the price. The other salesman named Matthew (didn't get last name) refused at first to give him the price and basically said this is a separate transaction (which i took directly as... mind your own business). We then at this time told him to cancel the order and refund the credit card and that we would be taking our business to another store because he is using unfair business practices. After a few very uncomfortable minutes of getting this horrible attitude from Matthew, Raymond adjusted the price to match the other couples.
We contacted customer support before posting this, giving them a chance to change my opinion of the company. All they did is call my wife and say they will have a talk with Matthew. They didn't do anything to change my outlook on the store. I guess ill be recommending some other company for my friends and family to shop
*Just FYI Customer service said the outlets can lower the price a lot, so never take the first price they give you. They will tell you that 50% off is the max they are allowed to do, that is a complete lie
