Odd check in for our reservation, the girl at the front was unapproachable . We get sat at our table, the waitress is nice and patient while explaining the menu . After taking our order, she accidentally knocked the soy sauce off the table which proceeded to splatter all over my boyfriend white shoes. She was apologetic and got some wet rags to wipe them off. We remarked we would take them to the shoe shine as they were stained . At this point, front of the house manager was there , no offer of any comps . Nothing, just awkward silence. Word of advice - next time offer a drink or dessert when any service member spills on guests, just a thought. As for the food - tempura was greasy with the dipping sauce being flavorless. Fried rice with duck was excellent. Seared tuna was over cooked and dry . Overall , disappointing. I wouldn't come back and it negatively affected my view of The Venetian as well.
