| - Boyfriend and I came here for an anniversary dinner last night. We were late for our reservation because we're bad at estimating traffic delays, but the service was still accommodating and friendly!
The inside is very hip and loungey, with tables accommodating couples up to large tables for bigger groups (there was a group of 10-12 people while we were there, and several groups of 8).
For drinks we had the plum and lychee sangrias. The plum sangria was super festive looking and both drinks were tasty and presented nicely! To start, we had the chicken spring rolls and crab corn chowder. The spring rolls came out fresh and hot with a sweet/spicy dipping sauce and the soup was hearty and warm!
For our meal, I got the bulgogi bibimbap and he got the chirashi bowl and a side of stir fried bok choy and mushrooms. The bulgogi was definitely huge - full of seaweed strips, marinated mushrooms, beef, bean sprouts, egg, etc. The chirashi bowl was beautiful and the fish was delicious. While everything was super tasty and filling, it was a bit salty for our taste and we packed some of the stuff to go.
Portion sizes were generous, so we didn't have room for dessert! Next time :)
