  • Really a 3.5 This Courtyard Marriott is one of two hotels that my company uses for employees traveling to our Tempe office. It is a nice place, and I would guess was renovated 5 or so years ago. There is an outdoor pool and fitness center, along with your normal lobby with ample seating, etc. The upsides are that this is located close to the airport, and is within walking distance to multiple restaurants. The 'bistro' in the lobby has Starbucks coffee, and some basic offerings for breakfast, and some basic dinner options. It is not a full bar, but they have wine and beer available. Rooms are standard fare: flat screen, desk, decent bedding. Overall it is a decent place to stay, just nothing to get excited about...
