| - Let me start by Saying
#1. DONT FORGET ANYTHING IN ROOM when you check out , they won't return your personal items!!!!! , I left my tiny chargeable speaker (and headband which I can care less about. ) But once I was back home in cali I realized I left my charger/speaker plug in wall charging , I called & was connected to house KEEPING and they took down all my info & said Bc it's weekend lost and found is locked and would call me back during week , never got a phone call . I called and asked to be connected to house KEEPING/ LOST & found , lady had no idea what I was talking about & begin taking all my info again , once we figure out room, she put me on hold came back and said nothing was turned in/left in room. Wow I got jacked!!!
Not only that,
#2. after first night we slept there returned to our room to find it half cleaned, only one bed was made , other all messed up still , NO TOWELS and took our use ones , and our bedroom remote was missing , later that night I went to front desk to ask for more towel and tell her our room was half cleaned & I had TO MAKE THE BED MYSELF, she seem surprised (like she didn't believe me) also mentioned missing remote , said someone would be by with towels . Not long later a nice gentleman brought us towels, I said thank you. Then two min later another man came to door , holding up remote -I reached out for it n said thank you , he begin to say "THERE IS NO SMOKING IN THE ROOM!" I was pretty thrown off , I don't smoke I'm actually allergic to smoking , I told him -I don't smoke , he said it again NO SMOKING IN THE ROOM ILL CHARGE YOUR ROOM $300.00 !!!! And walked away -SO RUDE!
#3 -first off I don't like being THREATEN for something I didn't even do, -their was a bunch of softball guys around there and he NEEDS to get his rooms straight.

STAFF IS RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL - AS ALL THE OTHER PEOPLE/customers mentioned in all the customer reviews on YELP (just look) , and they DONT RETURN YOUR VALUABLES!!! Stay else where!
