  • I recently left the apartment and paid on time and gave them 60 days notice plus turned in my keys, including the remote that I gave to the attendant but because she did not document that I gave it to her the company is trying to charge me for it. I also paid them my final rent payment as verified at least twice with them and now I have been sent an invoice to cover, what they say is 3 extra days due to their miscalculation. C'MON MAN! I am very disappointed as I close the final chapter my future business relationships with their company.
