  • I've gone to this nail salon for years but recently had issues that caused me to change where I go. The most recent visit I showed up at my appointment time, was told to wait 30 minutes and I said ok I'll come back. Came back 25-30 minutes later and was told to wait another half hour due to I told them never mind. I then told them I had showed up at my appointment time and was now waiting an hour to get my nails done, and she laughed and told me I should have said so. Well, I had but apparently nothing I said was understood. I walked out and will not be returning.
