  • Very poor customer service, more concerned with getting people in and quickly out than people having fun. On a Saturday there were only 3 groups there, but every lane was next to each other (21 empty lanes on the other side). They didn't play any music, were just watching the tv. Bathrooms were a huge mess and in general did not have a good experience.
