  • The condominium complex I live in has been with Golden Valley for over a year nearly a year-and-a-half. It started out fairly good and has consistently gone downhill to the point now that we really need to find a new management company. In my opinion there is a lack of professionalism, consistency and effectiveness in getting projects done and issues with vendors not showing up when they agreed to and discrepancies in Billing. Also when we asked Mickey for an email to the board to let us know when projects are completed, we commonly heard he just doesn't have time. We have also now gone through 5 or 6 different managers at Golden Valley Property management. We've had communication issues and other issues too lengthy to go into I can just tell you it's been a very very very unhappy experience.
