  • When it seems too good to be true, it usually is! My adult son went to this dentist a few times. We sat down with the office manager to work out a payment plan, as my son would be needing extensive dental work as well as braces. 15 Mins we sat with this so called office manager and worked out a date for payment. We were told his Visa would never be used, unless my son wanted to use it as a form of payment - 3 TIMES in that 15mins we were told not to worry. Everything we had discussed with this so called manager went right out the window! All he could say was "how do you think it made me feel?" I don't care how it made you feel when you messed up the whole payment plan. This guy should be fired. We tried to contact the actual dentist 3 TIMES, apparently she's either just as bad as the office manager she hired or my gut tells me he told the receptionist to NOT give her the messages. BAD BUSINESS! To the manager - CUSTOMER SERVICE is #1 Not YOU. You need to find another job position before you put them out of business. To the Dentist - if you see this, please contact my son, as I'm sure your office manager NEVER told you what he did. We paid our outstanding bill and left and will give bad reviews to anyone who is considering going to this place. STAY AWAY from this dental office only because of the office so called male manager. It's not a third world county dude, it's CANADA!
