Brought in a relatives vehicle in for a scheduled service. I showed up 10 minutes early for a 10am appointment. I wondered around for about 45min to an hour. I came back and the vehicle had yet to be serviced, or in a bay. I asked the associate who checked me in what their goal is to have a vehicle done by with an appointment. He told me an Hour and a Half to two hours! The service to be done was only an oil change. A more reasonable amount of time, like 45min to an hour, would have been more expected. I did appreciate the quality of the work provided, and the complimentary car wash, but the wait time is not acceptable to me, especially since I had made an appointment. Appointments should take priority, and the sales associate should have communicated better about the expected wait time, and also communicated everything that will be done to the vehicle. We all have better things to do than sit around the dealership waiting. I will return here for service, mostly because of the Warranty for the free oil changes. Just hope with these comments, there can be some improvements made for the experience of current and future customers.
